**Company Overview**:
We are a leading global luxury communications group specializing in the luxury and high jewelry sectors. Our company works with renowned luxury brands, providing strategic communications and marketing solutions to help them elevate their brand image and reach their target audience effectively. As we continue to expand our operations in France, we are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Head of People to lead our human resources function and support our growing team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy that supports the company's mission, vision, and values across all subsidiaries
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align people initiatives with business goals and drive organizational effectiveness globally
- Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding, ensuring consistent practices across all subsidiaries
- Lead the design and implementation of talent development and succession planning programs to foster growth opportunities worldwide
- Develop and manage compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and compliant with local regulations in each subsidiary
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in each country of operation and maintain up-to-date HR policies and procedures
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all subsidiaries
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance improvement, while respecting cultural differences
- Implement and leverage HR technology and systems to streamline HR processes globally and enhance data-driven decision-making
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 4 years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in developing and implementing people strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex employee relations issues and provide effective guidance and solutions
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions to people-related challenges
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Proficient in HR systems and technology, with the ability to leverage data for insights and decision-making
