**Your Role**
The Data Office at TNH Division of Symrise covers the data collection and the reporting of the Division for several departments, across all the regions. Allow the performance analysis, budget process, and forecasts in different domains: finance, sales, purchase, operations, and R&D.

It includes the maintenance of the current platform, evolutions required by the business, and participation in the build of a global new one at Symrise with the Corporate IT department.

All leaders at this level are expected to facilitate communication flow, maintain an inclusive and positive work environment, coach and mentor the workforce, manage resources effectively, consistently deliver on commitments, proactively and effectively manage risk, and perform other management duties, guided by broadly defined policies and objectives.

**Missions & Responsabilities**:

- Ensure that the Data of the company can be accessible to the right people. Normalise, secure, map, and organize the data of the company.
- Listen to the business stakeholders to understand and fit their requirements.
- Support the need specifications.
- Prioritize the initiatives.
- Propose and organize the pipeline of projects. Make sure of the execution.
Enable the Business to address its strategy.
- Constantly in contact with stakeholders.
- Constantly in contact with the key people in corporate IT (mainly in Germany): Enterprise architect head of, Digital Office, PMO
- Manage a team of 3 to 5 people, operating for TNH Division, but acting globally with Symrise corporate IT teams.
- Manage external partners.

**About You**
- 8 to 10 Years of relevant work experience
- 3-5 Years of experience directly managing Data teams (data analysts, BI, data engineer )
- English mandatory
- Project management skills
- Experience in Data Strategy implementation
- Experience in Data/BI/EPM projects with classical technologies or newer (SQL, Azure, Tableau )
