If so, we want you to be part of our dynamic team at Freudenberg Sealing Technologies **Your Impactful Role**: - Quality Management System: Ensure our Partner Production Langres management system meets Freudenberg Sealing Technologies' high-quality standards. - Continuous Improvement: Drive and promote continuous improvement in our company's quality performance. - Customer and Supplier Relations: Lead your team in maintaining excellent quality relationships with our customers and suppliers. - Reporting: Provide detailed reports to PP management, ensuring transparency and accountability. - Department Management: Oversee the quality department, including budget, personnel, and equipment management. - Quality System Implementation: Define, implement, and measure the effectiveness of our quality system, ensuring compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards. **Qualifications**: **Your Skills and Qualifications**: - Education: General engineering degree with specialization or experience in quality management. - Experience: More than 7 years experience as a quality department manager. - Language Skills : Fluent in English. **Skills needed to be successful in this position**: - Proficiency in IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 quality systems - Expertise in quality and continuous improvement tools - Strong managerial skills The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
