**Offer description**:
Your mission

Reporting to the Onet Accueil agency, you will join the site of our internationally renowned customer.

In this context, your main tasks are as follows:

- Physical reception of visitors and employees on site
- Telephone reception
- Badge management (creation and issuance of badges)
- Make an appointment
- Mailing
- Various administrative tasks
- Fleet management/parking
- Inventory management (office supplies, badges, handrails)

Position available on fixed-term contract from January 09 to 14, 2025

Training on January 9 and the morning of January 10

Autonomous replacement from 10th to 14th from 1pm to 7pm

IDEAL FOR SUPPLEMENTING YOUR RESOURCES (retirement, student...) as various occasional replacements can be offered throughout the year.

Your assets

You are rigorous and have a proven sense of service. Politeness and initiative come naturally to you.

You have a very good level of English and are comfortable using the Pack Office and office automation tools (Word, Excel, etc.).

German would be a plus.

Experience as a receptionist would be appreciated, but above all it's your talent and motivation that will make the difference.
