Son savoir-faire unique et ses collections prestigieuses en font une marque emblématique, notamment à Paris, Dubaï, Milan, Madrid, Londres, Berlin et New York.

Ils recherchent leur Store Manager à Paris

**VOS MISSIONS**

**Pilotage du point de vente**
- ouverture et fermeture du magasin selon les standards de la marque
- réalisation de la checklist quotidienne pour garantir l’excellence opérationnelle
- suivi et reporting des ventes (quotidien, hebdomadaire et mensuel)
- analyse des KPIs et mise en place de plans d’action adaptés

**Management et animation d’équipe**
- encadrement de 4 à 10 collaborateurs
- briefs quotidiens et définition d’objectifs individuels et collectifs
- formation continue (coaching terrain, jeux de rôle, quizz produits)
- suivi de la performance individuelle et feedbacks réguliers

**Expérience client et image de marque**
- création d’une expérience client immersive et personnalisée
- respect des standards visuels et merchandising
- rôle d’ambassadeur de la marque : posture, discours, attitude
- gestion des situations clients complexes avec diplomatie

**Communication et coordination**
- interface avec la direction France, Europe et Monde
- point de contact pour les sujets administratifs, RH et reporting
- participation aux réunions et échanges avec le siège

**PROFIL RECHERCHE**
- minimum 10 ans d’expérience dans le retail premium (cosmétique, prêt-à-porter ou parfumerie)
- expérience confirmée en tant que responsable ou adjoint de boutique
- management d’équipes de 10 personnes ou plus
- excellente présentation et posture professionnelle
- forte culture du résultat et maîtrise des indicateurs commerciaux
- leadership inspirant et capacité à faire grandir une équipe
- goût pour l’animation commerciale et présence terrain
- intérêt sincère pour l’univers du parfum
