Senior Engineer Analog and Mixed-signal Design

In the role of Senior Engineer for Analog and Mixed-Signal Design, your primary responsibility will be to create power integrated circuits (ICs) and, specifically, intelligent switches designed for the automotive industry. You will join a talented team and collaborate closely with various other teams within the Research and Development (R&D) department.

In your new role you will:

- **Design quality **, **robust **, and **innovative ICs **following the development process flow;
- Be responsible for **reviewing and analyzing product requirements **;
- **Support pre-silicon verification at the block leve **l according to the design flow;
- Document and present in detail the performance of your design;
- Be responsible for **guiding Layout Engineers **and **mentoring junior designers **;
- Be involved in the **verification plan creation and IC debugging in the lab **;
- Support **troubleshooting **the root cause of issues.

You demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing. You are a team player and take responsibility and ownership of your own work. Furthermore, your creativity and problem-solving skills help you find new ideas and come up with innovative solutions.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A Master Degree in **Microelectronics **, **Electronic **Engineering **or equivalent field of studies;
- At least **5 years of experience **as an **analog/mixed-signal designer **with solid knowledge in **power electronics **and **physics of semiconductor devices **;
- Experience with **Cadence **tools for mixed-signal IC design and layout tools;
- Strong analog layout knowledge and parasitic component understanding;
- Fluency in English and French.

It would be an advantage if you have experience with:

- Design for EMC/ESD;
- Thermal aspect related to package and power design;
- Vertical Technology IC Design;
- Automotive and functional safety;
- Automotive standards, such as ISO 26262, AEC-Q100, and IATF 16949;
- V-Model product development lifecycle.
