Descriptif du poste

Responsable d’un pool de propriétaires et de résidences, tu seras responsable de la maximisation du revenu et de la marge locative des logements dont tu auras la charge, en utilisant les outils et leviers de revenue management à ta disposition.

Membre clé de notre équipe, tu participeras à la définition et création des prix des résidences maeva Home en amont de saison. Tu seras également en charge de la gestion et optimisation d’un périmètre de résidences.

Volontaire, proactif(ve) et investi(e), tu souhaites prendre part au développement d’une nouvelle activité.

**Pour atteindre ces objectifs, tes missions seront**:
**Pricing**:

- Participation active à la création des grilles tarifaires par résidences en amont de saison et ajustement de la base tarifaire vs la concurrence (bench tarifaire)
- Gestion et optimisation d’un portefeuille de résidences.
- Mettre en place des reportings de suivi de l’activité via l’outil Tableau afin de suivre la performance de vente des résidences dont tu auras la responsabilité

**Yield et commercial**:

- Suivi de la gestion tarifaire et de la rentabilité
- Mise en place d’actions commerciales sur nos divers canaux de distribution
- Gestion des contraintes de séjours
- Réaliser les demandes de cotations groupes sur ton périmètre
- Suivi de la relation commerciale avec les responsables d’agences de ton périmètre
- Suivi des ventes Direct/indirect sur ton périmètre

**Ce dont tu as besoin dans tes valises de compétences et de connaissances**:

- Tu as un bon esprit de synthèse et analytique ?
- Tu es reconnu(e) comme étant une personne dynamique, en constante recherche d’acquisition de compétences ?
- Tu as un niveau avancé sur Excel ainsi qu’une maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office.
