**Your role**:
As **Head of Finance**, you will report directly to the CFO and play a key role in managing the company’s day-to-day financial operations. You will be responsible for leading and optimizing our Invoicing & Admin, Accounting and FP&A functions while ensuring close collaboration with internal teams.
This job is a unique opportunity to foster innovation and contribute to improving the Finance function of a fast growing Tech business with a strong social impact.
**How you'll make an impact**:
- **General and analytical accounting**: oversee monthly and annual closing processes, manage financial audits, and lead compliance with tax obligations.
- **Billing and Order-to-Cash**: ensure the effective management of the client billing cycle, monitor cash collections, and manage accounts receivable.
- **FP&A**: develop budget forecasts, analyze variances, and provide recommendations to optimize financial performance.
- **Cash management**: monitor cash flow, optimize working capital requirements and provide support on fundraising.
- **Financial process optimization**: propose and implement actions to improve tools and procedures for greater operational efficiency.
- **Team management**: lead, mentor, and upskill the teams responsible for accounting, billing, and financial control.
- **Financial reporting**: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to the CFO and executive management.
**What we’re looking for**:
- Master’s degree in **Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business**.
- **6+ years of experience** in a financial operational role with management responsibilities, ideally in a scale-up or fast-growing company.
- Strong expertise in **accounting, billing/order-to-cash, and FP&A.**:
- Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, **growing environment**.
- Excellent **leadership and team management skills**, with a focus on collaboration and efficiency.
- Familiarity with financial tools such as **Hubspot, Chargebee, Upflow, Odoo, Spendesk.**:
- Professional proficiency in **English** is mandatory.
