**ENTER THE GAME**

At Betclic, we are building the next generation of internal products to **measure and optimize the effectiveness of our marketing investments**across acquisition channels. To support this ambition, we are looking for a **Senior Data Scientist specialized in Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM)** to join our Data Science team.

You will partner closely with the **Product Marketing team** to create **MMM pipelines from scratch**, drive actionable insights, and build a robust modeling framework to support high-impact decisions on budget allocation.

**YOUR ROLE AT BETCLIC**

Your missions will include:

- **Designing and building end-to-end MMM models** to measure incremental ROI, simulate budget scenarios, and support strategic planning.
- Structuring data workflows with Data Engineers to ensure **automated retraining, versioning, and monitoring** of deployed models.
- Translating results into **clear, visual, and actionable insights** for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Supporting the team with mentoring and review of modeling techniques and methodology.

**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**

This job is for you if:

- You have **5+ years of experience** as a Data Scientist in a B2C or marketing-focused environment.
- You have **hands-on experience delivering MMM models** and using them to guide media spend decisions.
- You master **Python** and are proficient with **SQL**.
- You are familiar with production tools (Docker, Airflow, dbt, etc.) and cloud environments (AWS preferred).
- You have worked in agile teams and are used to collaborating with business profiles.
- Knowledge of the sports betting or gaming industry is a plus, but not required.

**WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?**
- We will then ask you to complete the AssessFirst Test (personality, motivations, and reasoning)
- You will then meet Bertrand - Head of Data Science, your future manager
- After that, you will prepare a Use Case and present it to Nizam and Mourad, Senior Data Scientists
- Then you meet Iouri - Chief Data Officer
- Finally, Elodie will receive you for a final HR interview, and you will take the opportunity to debrief your AssessFirst Test together.
