Globe International Limited is a global producer and distributor specializing in purpose-built clothing, footwear, skateboards and accessories for the boardsports, street fashion, outdoor and workwear markets.
Globe Europe is looking for a Customer Service person for our UK, Benelux markets (B2B and B2C).
**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
- Assisting UK, Benelux sales agents
- Sales administration: managing orders and shipment process
- Credit control
- After-sales service
- Maintain good relationship with customers
- B2C customer service
**SKILLS**:
- UK mother tongue or fluent English mandatory
- You speak fluent French
- Other languages are welcome
- Ideally similar experience in Boardsports industry
- You have good knowledge on Microsoft Office and ERP
- Skate/surf knowledge a plus
