**Your Role's mission**:
As Lead Product Designer, you will lead and design impactful and scalable solutions that solve real industry problems. You will master user-centric design principles across the company while ensuring our platform remains consistent and aligned with our vision. Maintaining and evolving our design system will be central to your work, enabling efficient and coherent product development.

**Main Responsibilities**:
**Objective 1: Scale Product Usability and Impact Globally**
- Design intuitive features and workflows to drive user adoption and satisfaction
- Define clear entry points for core Jobs-To-Be-Done, minimizing user confusion

**Objective 2: Ensure Platform Consistency and Design Quality**
- Promote 360° design consistency across workflows
- Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure feasible, high-quality implementation
- Contribute actively to the evolution and maintenance of Pelico’s design system
- Deliver pixel-perfect mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma and other prototyping tools

**Objective 3: Deepen Customer Understanding and Design Relevance**
- Partner with Product Managers and Customer Operations to translate user pain points into elegant, cost-effective design solutions
- Lead and leverage qualitative and quantitative user research to guide design decisions
- Map and simplify complex workflows to enhance usability and adoption

**Objective 4: Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration and Team Maturity**
- Work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle
- Give and receive constructive feedback, promoting a culture of respectful challenge and continuous improvement
- Drive initiatives to improve team processes and workflows for higher efficiency

**Location**: You will be based in Paris, with English as your working language. We offer a hybrid work arrangement.

- 8+ years in product design or related roles
- Experience in B2B SaaS environments
- Familiarity with agile development methods such as SCRUM or Shape-Up
- Mastery of Figma or similar design/prototyping tools
- Strong skills in user research and system thinking for scalable design
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Humble, collaborative, and eager to share knowledge
- Curious, with a strong expertise in design and technology
- Analytical mindset and an experience with tools like Google Analytics would be a plus
