Join our Sustainable Finance Controlling team as a Sustainable Finance Controlling Manager **Here's how you will have a role to play in this team**: It's an end-to-end position from processes framing to reporting consolidation on specific ESG topics (mostly social) Business Process Owner Set up the relevant documentation and control environment on dedicated Business partners - Define and articulate processes, group systems and procedures on it's scope to ensure consistency, relevance and reliability of management information flows and financial flows associated in connection with Group Standards on Financial and ESG elements associated to ESG performance. - Work on future proofing our processes and simplifying the way we work Manage Specific ESG reporting Is the process owner of specific reporting campaign (calendar, on-boarding, animation of the process) in connection with function involved and accounting team. - Define key controls applicable on his scope, in connection with division / zone sustainable finance and Global ESG Chief Process Officer - Supervise entities in how to control the reliability of its perimeter reports - Consolidate the scope and provides insights - Support reporting contributors of its scope in external audit processes Animation and change Management - Participate in diverse ESG & Sustainable finance projects of its scope - like the future Sustainability Reporting tool, being the preferred partner to support its functions of new ways of working associated to the project - Design relevant training on its scope for both sustainable finance on ESG topics, and reporting contributors on reporting culture **The skills that you will need to make an impact**: - Familiar with ESG regulation, challenges, and ecosystem - Business acumen - Consolidation tool and processes knowledge - Internal audit background is a plus. - Dynamic - Comfortable with complex ecosystem, moving environment and multi-stakeholders' management. - Ability to enter complex topic and to simplify them.
