Montpellier, France

**Job Summary**

You will be working in an international environment with people collocated in Montpellier and you will collaborate with teams in other SLB locations across the world. Most communication will be in English.

You will collaborate daily with a cross-functional team: product owner, developers, architects, UX designers.

**Essential Responsibilities and Duties**

Leading UX research activities
- Conduct stakeholders and user research interviews to identify user needs and behaviors.
- Build storyboards, user journeys, personas, data flows.
- Lead Design Thinking workshops.
- Write usability test scenarios, run them with end users, analyze, collect and share results.

Leading UX design activities
- Define information architectures and navigation systems, interaction design.
- Design low fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes.
- Transform data into elegant visualization solutions.

**Qualifications and competencies**:
Must have
- Least 2 years’ experience in UX research
- Comfortable with driving and animating UX workshops for an international audience
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to argument design choices in front of a various audience (business managers, software developers, UX professionals)

Nice to have
- Experience with at least one of the following design tools: Figma, Sketch, InVision Studio, Axure RP
- Portfolio showing how you applied UX methodology on a concrete project
