**What the job involves**:

- Build a deep understanding of mobile top-ups and eGifts and partner with a cross-functional team of PMs, engineers, POs, and operations to execute our product roadmap.
- Get constant and quick feedback from stakeholders and iterate quickly.
- Think holistically across all Boss Revolution’s touch points and help create a cohesive customer journey grounded in user research. Grow and maintain our cross-platform, cross-functional design system.
- Lead workshops with key stakeholders, creating prototypes, and developing high-fidelity specifications for collaboration with tech teams.

**Who you are**:

- 7+ years of experience in product design.
- Expertise in designing and prototyping in Figma;
- High bar for quality and excellent visual, UI, and mobile interaction skills
- Service design mindset, framing problems in the context of our UX strategy while executing at low levels of detail.
- You always create clickable prototypes while discussing your UX solutions.
- Efficiency prototyping at appropriate levels of abstraction and fidelity.
- Bias towards systems thinking, anticipating the ripple effects that small and large design changes will have across all our products.
- Comfortable working in an open and collaborative design environment where feedback is sought early and often
- Excellent English communication (minimum C1) and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Lottie Files, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent English, presentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into compelling design solutions.
- Proven ability to create micro animations, UX gamification, and business understanding in past worked projects.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
