- Security clearance requirements are based upon actual position being filled.
- Locations are not negotiable. The actual duty locations available may be located on the Air Force Civilian Service website.

- The employee may be required to travel to foreign locations in military and/or commercial aircraft to perform temporary duty assignments
- Work may occasionally require the employee to work outside the normal business hours
- This position is designated national security position
- Department of Defense Security Fundamentals Professional Certification and Security Asset Protection Professional Certification conferrals are required within 2 years of the established employee EOD or initial assignment date to this position

Experience requirements are described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, Administrative and Management Positions.

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs)**: Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or competencies in the following areas:
1. Knowledge of program protection, system security, technology assessment and control, foreign military sales, information, industrial, and personal security concepts, principles, and practices to plan and implement security programs in these areas.

2. Expert ability in developing, analyzing, evaluating security programs to meet mission requirements and improve the security program for the SAF. Ability to perform risk assessment and determine adequate compensatory measures as appropriate.

3. Knowledge of engineering, contracting, logistics and other functional concepts, programs, procedures, and practices.

4. Ability to communicate orally and in writing, clearly, concisely, and accurately.

5. Ability to establish effective professional working relationships with coworkers and customers, contributing to a cooperative working environment and successful accomplishment of the mission.

Key Roles:
This advertisement is for multiple France MQ-9A Security Team Members (Non-supervisory). Supports the Medium Altitude Unmanned Aircraft Systems Division and works directly for the Security Team Lead to ensure the protection of critical France Air and Space Force (FASF) Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) MQ-9A assets for the Secretary of Defense-mandated security mission. Serves as a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Security Specialist, providing technical advice in the complex area of security for the FMS program; asset and personnel protection; management of classified documents and components; security violations; and security surveys and assessments.
