Ga Cybersecurity Pl Leader

**Job Description Summary**: The Grid Automation Cyber Security PL Leader has the mission to contribute to GA growth by building a competitive portfolio of Cyber Security solutions and services and an effective go-to-market strategy, while establishing the strategy for products and solutions cyber security compliance.

This role reports to the GA Product Management Leader

Essential responsibilities
- Own Cyber Security strategy for Grid Automation
- Stay connected with the market dynamics, engage with GA customers to understand their cyber security needs and translate them into new product/system requirements
- Develop differentiated cyber security solutions including Password Management, Network Intrusion Detection, Key Distribution Center
- Manage 3rd party partnerships with selective cyber security solution providers to expand the business reach
- Lead the cyber security team to develop value proposition, market assessment, competition analysis, business case, product requirement documents, innovative business models
- Promote the offerings with utility and industrial customers and sales organization globally
- Develop, in collaboration with the region commercial teams, the growth plans and offerings roadmap based on customer specific needs
- Develop, coach, and mentor the cyber security team to strengthen the overall business capabilities
- Partner with GA Product Managers to integrate cyber security features in GA products and systems design to enable innovative and competitive solutions for our customers
- Run detailed customer business model analysis, determine customers critical KPIs and use data to develop competitive offerings
- Understand competitors’ offerings, industry trends, customers’ behavior
- Drive productive interactions with GA region teams, other GA Product Managers, R&D and product development, Technical Application Engineering, and Commercial teams

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
- Business Administration degree an asset
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role
- At least 10 years of experience with a leading player in industrial protection and control/automation engineering or product management / service fields
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems including; user account management, security / system hardening & device control, and patch management
- Experience with operating systems like Linux, VxWorks.
- Experience with communication protocols like IEC61850, DNP, IEC60870-5-104, etc.
- Knowledge of LDAP, RADIUS, TLS, SSH, SFTP, RSA, HTTPS and IEC 62351 set of standards.
- Knowledge of cyber asset protection regulations and standards affecting the utilities industry including: NERC-CIP, NIST, IEC62443, IEC62351
- Experience with threat modeling techniques and tools.
- Experience developing firmware for industrial control systems

- Good writing and oral communication skills
- Willingness and ability to travel
