**Vos missions**:

- Piloter des projets techniques : vérifier la bonne progression des développements, définir la ligne directrice des choix techniques et des méthodes à utiliser avec l’équipe.
- Analyser les besoins et les contraintes techniques du projet et veiller sur la qualité du delivery.
- Accompagner et faire monter en compétences les équipes de développement dans leurs tâches ainsi que faire des sessions de pair-programming.
- Développer des solutions techniques (conception, code, tests, documentation) avec l'équipe.
- Prendre en charge les phases de développement les plus complexes.
- Faire une veille permanente sur les évolutions technologiques.

**Votre profil**:

- Au moins 3 ans d’expérience en informatique.
- Maîtriser plusieurs technologies : Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Vue, React, Node, Dockerainsi que maîtriser les méthodes de gestion de projet (Scrum, SAFe).
- Disposer d’un bon relationnel et être capable maintenir une cohésion d’équipe.
- Savoir s’exprimer en anglais (niveau technique)
