**YOUR ROLE**:
We are seeking a Data Protection, Legal Lead to support the Global PXcell (HR) transformation currently underway for a 1 year contract, that could be renewed.
- ** Duties and Responsibilities include but may not be limited to**:
- Facilitating alignment with Group Data Protection Officer on design and data protection actions related to HRT
- Analyzing requirements related to data protection for incorporation into the new global HR operating model
- Align with Group Legal, as well as with local legal departments for design, corporate governance, and regulatory issues
- Supervision of counseling law firm / cost containment related thereto
- Represent the HRT Program and align with local employee representatives in cooperation with local HR functions around data protection and related issues
**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE**:
- 1-2 more years of legal experience in Data Protection working with a law firm or other organization; this may include one or more internships or other work experiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and exceptional business judgment, with the ability to think strategically and provide practical advice to HR and business teams
- Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills; ability to interface with, and gain respect of, stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work independently and to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
This is a remote position working on a global team across many time-zones; preferred location for applicants is France but other locations may be considered
