The purpose of this positions is:

- To develop associates’ competencies and skills through training
- To update data in the training management and monitor tools
- To support the implementation of the new collective agreement classification related to the metal industry
- To hire new associates through apprenticeship
- To participate and bring support to the HR Manager in participating in projects (HR and labor relations issues)

The respnsabilities are:

- Develop associates’ competencies and skills through strategic training programs in alignment with business objectives
- Responsible for identifying training needs in order to achieve business objectives, bringing support to managers in identifying needs and creating training programs accordingly covering all areas of business (including plant support) for around 500 people, with an average figure of 8,000 hours, total budget including all training and salaries 400,000€.
- Responsible for the implementation of training plan, defining strategic course specifications with training partners, ensuring optimal selection of suppliers regarding quality and costs, maximizing the value of available budget through aggressive purchasing and negotiation.
- Responsible of keeping records and track of all training actions (for learning history and traceability for internal and external audits)
- Responsible for all reporting in compliance with French regulations, respecting legal deadlines for external legal entities as well as for internal House Committee
- Responsible for obtaining financial support on training programs working with local authorities
- Support the implementation of the new collective agreement classification related to the metal industry
- Supporting managers in the drafting of job descriptions
- Participating in the job rating process
- Participating in the employee information process
- Hire new associates for apprenticeship
- Participating in the organization of job fairs
- Being the Company’s representative in schools and other education related bodies.
- Participate in and monitor the various activities of our HR processes as part of the annual cycle (annual interviews, professional interviews, fixed-term interviews, etc.)
- Follow-up on various reports
