Within Natixis Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB), Global Trade is the platform that aims to support and finance the growth and sustainable development of our clients. In the Treasury Solutions department, you join the Client Services team that strives to maintain a strong proximity with its customers by supporting them in their daily management and offering them high-end cash management solutions.

On a daily basis, your duties include:

- Working closely with the Relationship Managers (Financial Institutions) and Sales Managers (Corporates);
- Ensure the daily customer relationship and administrative assistance in the commercial relationship;
- Be the entry point for the client portfolio for which you will be responsible and take charge of the processing of events related to the life of the account, Cash investment and liquidity optimization;
- Contribute to the optimisation and security of the system;
- Manage risk management and monitoring of sensitive accounts.

**Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience**:

You are familiar with:

- Banking products and techniques;
- Portfolio management.

You have a great relationship, a very good listening skills, you are:

- Organized, rigorous and reliable;
- Able to manage priorities;
- Has a good business sense.

You master English with a B2 level.
