Link Builder



**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced In-House Link Builder to enhance our online presence and authority in the U.S. market. This role involves developing and executing effective link-building strategies, conducting outreach, and collaborating with the content team to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.

You will work in a team with an SEO team lead, SEO specialist, WEB developer, Content Lead and UX designer.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of proven experience in white hat link building and outreach within the U.S. market.
- Experience with link insertions and guest posting.
- Fluent Russian and B2+ level of English
- Ability to assess the quality and relevance of potential link opportunities.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, SimilarWeb, and Screaming Frog.
- Proficient knowledge of GSC (Google Search Console), GA4 (Google Analytics).
- Familiarity with PR platforms like Featured, Qwoted, and other HARO-like services.
- Strong skills in Google Sheets and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with link-building marketplaces and managing contractors (e.g., Editorial.Link, Shared.Domains, Collaborator).
- Ability to automate routine tasks using AI tools and scripts.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. The ability to justify your proposals, hypotheses and analyze results.
- Proactivity, teamwork skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze competitor backlink profiles and strategies to identify opportunities.
- Research and identify high-quality websites for link placement.
- Conduct outreach campaigns to webmasters, bloggers, and influencers to acquire backlinks.
- Prepare detailed briefs for guest posts and coordinate with content creators.
- Collaborate with PR partners to secure media placements and mentions.
- Maintain and update the database of acquired backlinks and outreach efforts.
- Monitor backlink profiles and report on link-building performance and KPIs.
- Perform basic SEO tasks, including keyword research and preparing content briefs.
