Hse Animator

**Position Summary**:

The position we are offering is based on the following main tasks:

- ensure the information and reception of incoming organic, temporary and subcontracted staff ;
- attend site meetings concerning safety and environmental protection ;
- monitor the compliance of workstations ;
- ensure that collective protection is in place and that PPE is worn correctly ;
- ensure the conformity of materials and tools ;
- ensure that the regulatory periodic inspections of installations, major equipment and tools are up to date ;
- promote safety and environmental protection ;
- analyse the care provided in the infirmary in collaboration ;
- accompany victims to the infirmary and to the hospital or doctor if necessary ;
- carry out investigations of accidents / incidents / dangerous situations ;
- write accident / incident / dangerous situation reports and propose measures in collaboration with the Site HSE Coordinator ;
- animate the PRO (Cleanliness, Tidiness and Order) approach and waste sorting ;
- assist team leaders and the HSE coordinator in conducting HSE talks ;
- conduct HSE visits with management and subcontractors ;
- ensure that regulatory documents are posted ;
- ensure the proper implementation of the Health, Safety and Environment programme on the site (management meetings audits, tool box meetings, etc.) ;
- participate in MASE / VCA certification audits ;
- facilitate all or part of the HSE meetings (2 hours HSE, talks, weapons vigils).

[Frequent travel is required in France and/or internationally (long distance travel).]

**Profile Wanted**:
You have a technical training (Bac+2 to Bac+3), with 2 to 5 years’ experience in HSE management, including an experience in the industrial construction sector.

You are autonomous, a good listener and diplomatic. [Computer skills]. You have a professional level in English.
