Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Design, configure, and maintain models, dashboards, reports, and templates in Workday Adaptive Planning.
- Collaborate with Finance and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Adaptive Planning solutions.
- Manage and optimize integrations between Adaptive Planning and Workday Financials/other enterprise systems.
- Support budget, forecast, and long-range planning cycles, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop and deliver training, documentation, and best practices for end-users.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform system testing, and manage enhancements or upgrades.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience (3+ years) working with Workday Adaptive Planning in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial planning & analysis (FP&A), accounting, and corporate finance processes.
- Hands-on experience with Adaptive Planning model building, reporting, and dashboard design.
- Knowledge of Workday Financials or other ERP/financial systems is a strong plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Fluent in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
