HEINEKEN Entreprise recherche son Packaging Quality Specialist Europe du Sud F/H

Poste CDD basé sur la brasserie de Mons (59) ou Marseille (13)

Le European Shared Support Hub Quality&Technology, Europe du Sud recherche un/e Packaging Quality Specialist pour un contrat à durée déterminée (CDD 8 mois) dans le cadre d'un remplacement.
Vous assisterez les brasseries (usines) du sud de l'Europe (France, Espagne, Italie, Portugal) et les pays dans le domaine du packaging et des processus de conditionnement afin d'atteindre un haut niveau de qualité et de performance.

À ce titre, vous devrez
- Soutenir la mise en œuvre des normes de sécurité alimentaire, d'hygiène et de qualité dans les brasseries ;
- Interagir avec les fournisseurs pour assurer la conformité et la haute performance de nos emballages ;
- Planifier, coordonner et exécuter les audits des fournisseurs d'emballage ;
- Contribuer au dépannage et à l'optimisation des processus d'emballage (First time right, pertes OWPM, processus CIP, etc.) ;
- Contribuer aux projets d'innovation et/ou d'amélioation puis à leur mise en œuvre ;
- Etre actif dans la démarche d'amélioration continue en élaborant et en mettant en œuvre une méthode de changement allant du contrôle du produit au contrôle de l'execution ;
- Identifier et piloter les introductions de nouveaux produits et/ou améliorations par une analyse approfondie des processus, de la technologie et des matériaux d'emballage dans une perspective de production industrielle ;
- Soutenir la production et la maintenance afin de maintenir un processus stable.
- Promouvoir la vision de la qualité sur toute la chaine et mettant le consommateur au centre

Profil:

- Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en Qualité et Emballages
- Solide expérience en au sein d'entreprises de FMCG habituées des normes HACCP
- Excellentes compétences en communication transversales et internationales.
- Autonome
- Des déplacements seront à prévoir dans 10 à 30% du temps
- La langue pratiquée sur le poste est l’anglais, merci de nous adresser votre CV en français et en anglais.
