WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We’re looking for a Visual Merchandising and Styling (VM&S) Specialist in French League to support the Nike Partner Stores (NSP / full price) fleet. The role will be based in Paris and is part of the Paris Consumer Direct Marketing (CDM) Team.

The VM&S team is the team that delivers epic consumer experiences led by product, informed by the business and in service of our consumer. Our role is to know what motivates and inspires them. In Visual Merchandising & Styling, we are committed to creating authentic, connected and distinctive premium experience for our consumer.

You will be responsible for VM&S experiences that will elevate the emotion and disruptive power of innovative products for NSP. The main task will be overlooking the NSP VM&S direction for all Key City NSP doors across the French League with the partnership of the VMS Partner manager. You will build close relationships with in-store VM&S team members, and collaborate with key business partners and vendors. With the support of the VMS Partner manager, you brief and train in-store VM&S. You ensure that the visual merchandising strategies support the overall business strategy. In addition you will work on local opening projects. You will be the connector to communicate directions to the store and Key City teams and you will work cross-functionally within the City store marketing team. You will report back to the VM&S manager in France.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON:
You will work daily with store teams to guide the VM&S direction following the strategies for NSP. You will build together with the in-store VM&S team strong relationships between Retail Director’s (RD) and Retail Manager’s (RM) and visit stores physically across the Paris market. This will go hand in hand with daily operational tasks like:

- Seasonal planning
- Brief, train and coach VM&S instore leads and cascade strategies
- Lead local store opening & refit works
- Daily cross functional alignment with CDM teams (cityplans)
- Research lifestyle, demographic, design, architecture and styling trends
- Analysing Paris marketplace through retail concepts, store openings, influencers, sports/fashion/art events
- Understanding and analysing KPI’s, business needs and consumer profiles
- Drive a clear consumer journey of visual presentation across the fleet that leads the consumer through a premium brand experience and key moments in the retail space

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH:
In this role you will partner with store VM&S and leadership teams, VM&S and Consumer Direct Marketing Teams in City and EHQ, Retail Business teams, as well as functional teams in spaceplanning and other project teams.

WHAT YOU BRING:

- Proven extensive work experience as a visual merchandiser
- Solid experience in field visual merchandising, including window displays, signs, interior displays and space utilisation
- Coordinate and facilitate VMS community meetings and communications
- VM&S fleet management experience, or coaching and management experience
- Knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practises
- Ability to drive processes and share visions to wider stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proficiency in English
- Creative and innovative thinker
- Lead presentation in front of large group of people
