**Position Title: Associate Sales Manager eCommerce Division EMEA**

**Reports to: Sales Manager eCommerce Division EMEA**

**Location: France (Colombes), London (Hammersmith) - French Speaker**

Job Summary:
This role will advance the division’s eCommerce presence within Amazon EMEA; specifically, **Mapa Spontex** by supporting the development and acceleration of the French business specifically.

The scope of the work will include driving sales using a variety of metrics focusing on weekly sales reporting, inventory and forecast planning, promotional management, data analytics, Vendor Central ownership, P&L focus, and month-end business analysis.

Key skill requirements: analytical and critical thinking, entrepreneurial spirit, data driven insights and decision making and the tenacity to break new ground. The curiosity to learn in an ever changing and fast-moving eCommerce environment means being a team player is crucial - supporting multiple teams and stakeholders to deliver KPIs.

Specific responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Best in class and on-time NPD launches
- EOL management and range turnover protecting sales, stock and managing Amazon operational KPIs
- Understand product line specific ASIN economics and Newell revenue and profit
- Managing Amazon JBP and customer metrics - PCOGs, inventory management, promotions, and peak planning
- Build cross functional connections with Brand, Brand Activation, Packaging and Trade to support account
- Creating forecast and demand planning operations - working hand in hand with supply chain to meet the demand curve
- Trading mentality - rationalising sales-in / out data to gain sustainable market share in France
- Continually seek to improve the online and interactive experiences by researching and staying abreast of new and innovative solutions and capabilities; key competitor actions; industry trends and emerging customer and market needs
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects that help the customer while maximising business value

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively across lines of business
- **Fluent in both French and English**:

- P&L management, with a focus on driving profitable revenue growth
- Proven ability to synthesize consumer data to tell stories
- Strong decision-making skills and an understanding of where projects fit into the Mapa Spontex EMEA vision
- Demonstrated integrity, maturity, and a constructive approach to challenges
- Strong passion for both speed and simplicity
- Interpersonal savvy: an ability to effectively work with and connect with all levels of employees across multiple functions and geographies
- Detail-oriented and operationally focused
