- Mission - Starting October 2024 ending Q3 2027 (Hermes project end)
- Preferred Location: Suresnes - Bel Headquarter
- The role will report to the Global BPO SC industrial
- Open to experienced or junior profiles with mandatory plant SC experience. Detailed scope of responsibilities will be adapted depending on seniority of the applicant.

**YOUR MISSIONS**
- Hermes is a key project embedded into the group digital transformation. You will be the SC key contributor of this major transformation project.
- Core model design, Functionnal specification validation, Testing, Go Live and HyperCare contribution for the Supply Chain.
- Functional expert of scheduling processes -Planisense solution BPO
- In partnership with the Global BPO Industrial SC, you will be also in charge of driving our plant SC processes to the next level
- Design and/or implement industrial Supply chain solutions to ensure the right level of capabilities within plant Supply Chain community (20 plants) to enable SC targets achievements (Service, Cash, Cost)
- Support the industrial supply chain teams with standard processes, tools, and methods.
- Identify value creation projects to fuel the Bel SC Roadmap.
- You will be the key SC contributor to Hermes project.
- You will be the functional SC expert on planisense implementation.

**In more details**

In partnership with the Global BPO Industrial SC you will:

- Support BEL factories on all plant SC flow processes (Material Supply Management, Scheduling, Inventory Management,)
- Increase capabilities: provide functional support to industrial SC teams with training, methodology and/or tools. (VMI with supplier, advance scheduling, WMS for RM and PM)
- Relaunch and animate the Industrial SC community.
- Coordinate the global reduction of raw and packaging material inventories.
- Assess and understand current situation regarding standards for all plants (First focus on MRP)
- Build action plan with plant SC managers to fill the GAPs vs standards.

**Team/ Coordination activities if any**

As part of the BPO teams you will obviously collaborate with Plant SC manager and their teams, purchasing, master planning, others BPOs and IT.

**PROFILE**

**Required diploma and/or level of professional experience**:

- Master degree in Supply Chain management or Business school
- Experience in plant Supply Chain is mandatory
- E2E experience is a plus

**Required specific skills (technical, foreign languages, software,)**
