**Who we are looking for**:
We are looking for a Marketing professional with an international experience to support EFESO’s continuous growth.

As Group Marketing Coordinator, you will support our steady growth, contribute to enhancing our brand awareness globally and generating business leads. You will be given enough autonomy to grow yourself while being coached by the Group Marketing Director to take a step forward in both your projects and career.

We expect you to be an active team player, working in tandem with all key internal and external stakeholders, across our geographies, as this is key in our group philosophy. We can proudly state that we have a 90% retention rate of clients, so building long term and trusting relationships is part of our DNA.

**What we expect you to do**:
As the Group Marketing Coordinator, you’ll work closely with the Group Marketing Director and international teams from different verticals and practices to enhance our brand awareness and contribute to generating business opportunities. This job position is a truly international one.

Here are some of your activities:

- Executing the Group Marketing roadmap
- Supporting the implementation of local and global marketing and communications campaigns across channels
- Coordinating day-to-day marketing operations
- Identifying and planning our presence in relevant B2B events
- Coordinating the content creation (e.g., case studies, brochures, points of views, videos) in collaboration with key stakeholders across multiple geographic areas, service lines and industries
- Coordinating and delivering on-time-in-full client relationship campaigns with a focus on the sales follow-up and brand impact
- Enhancing our digital presence through Social Media, Website, SEO, Google Ads,
- Ensuring that the website content is up-to-date and contributing to the revamp of the website
- Contributing to boosting our brand employer (retain and attract Talent)
- Develop ideas to promote our Sustainability-CSR ambition and initiatives
- Supporting the team with creating appealing internal communications (using EFESO’s intranet as the main channel)
- Collaborating with agencies (web, PR, copywriter, designers, video producers, )
- Maintain event, content and campaign calendars across all regions worldwide

**Something more about you**:

- 5 years of experience in B2B marketing & communications in a fast-paced and global environment, and ideally in a matrix organization
- Fluent in English (French is a plus)
- Result and data-driven mindset
- Holistic marketing view (360°)
- Quick-thinking, hands-on, excellent project management skills
- Able to work autonomously and with different teams
- Excellent organizational skills and detail-orientated
