Product Designer Apprentice

We are looking for a Product Design Apprentice to be part of the Product Design Team for 1 year. You will also be a key member of your Product Tribe, working hand in hand with a confirmed Product Designer, and closely with the Product Manager, Tech Lead, and developers.

Your design process and solutions are creative and user-centric while also aligning with market needs, product vision, and development effort to create better experiences and features.

A few examples of your missions:
You will be a part of all stages of the design process:

- **Research & Discovery**: Identify and document ideas to improve our products, leveraging usage data and your own user research. Conduct user interviews, CSAT campaigns, shadowing sessions, workshops with clients or internal stakeholders/users, and user testing sessions.
- **Solution Design**: From an idea, identify and design the best solution to meet user needs in partnership with the technical team.

Delivery: Structure this solution into robust UI specs (mockups, prototypes) using our design system components within a defined development cycle common to all tribes.
- **Go-to-Market Assistance**: Co-manage the early adoption program with the Product Manager, and design in-app mechanisms and onboarding tours to promote new features and generate engagement and curiosity.
- **Product Design Evangelization**: Assisted by the Product Design Team Leader, you will contribute to team efforts on the design system and user research methodologies.

Your profile:
What we are looking for:

- Talented individuals in their final year of a Master's degree or finishing school with strong technical knowledge.
- Fundamental skills: participation in workshops, ability to conduct user tests and interviews independently.
- Confidence in speaking to small groups.
- Proficiency in using Figma autonomously.
- Understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS, terminology) is a plus.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written French and English is mandatory.
- Organized, articulate, and curious.
