**Role and Responsibilities** **Inside Sales Representative - France (Paris)** **_ POSITION REQUIREMENTS SUMMARY:_** - The position will require home working but applicants should be located in the Paris, France area due to the geographical requirements of the role._ **_ POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:_** - _ Identify new and retain existing customers through communication, relationship building and setting measurable and mutual customer expectations that will drive revenue._ - _ Conduct phone call schedule to existing and new customers for business development qualifying leads generated from tradeshows and campaigns._ - _ Identify potential opportunities ensuring that customers are aware of available solutions and utilizing the product to its fullest functionality and capability._ - _ Assist in market penetration including but not limited to, sales campaigns, scheduling meetings, product launch, intro to new prospects, coordinating demos._ - _ Developing comprehensive strategies, systems, tactics, and action plans, to grow and support sales revenue targets within territories in collaboration with Sales Managers._ - _ Work in close cooperation with Marketing, Regional Customer Service Rep and outside Sales team to continually improve the customer experience._ - _ Planning weekly activities including lead follow up and regional warranty renewal follow up._ - _ Promotion of all corporate campaigns and regional events as needed._ - _ Meet sales revenues quotas as established by Management including warranty and add-on sales._ - _ Maintain the French customer database._ - _ Any other duties as may be required._ **_ REQUIREMENTS:_** - _ College Degree or equivalent combination of studies and experience._ - _ 3 Years’ related work experience_ - Fluent in English as well as in French language - _ Assertive sales mindset, enthusiastic about developing new business and cultivating undiscovered opportunities to improve territory sales results._ - _ Previous CRM experience is an asset._ - _ Potential/Willingness to expand and transition to a RSM position based upon assertiveness, success and availability._ - _ Must be an organized and detail oriented individual with a proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities and project._ - _ Previous Inside sales or account manager experience in the medical device or healthcare industry preferred._ - _ Position may require extended periods of sitting down, visual activity with computers and 30% travel_ - _ Computer literacy is essential._ - _ Able to attend exhibitions and conferences in France_ **_ GENERAL:_** - _ Complies with and enforces all applicable safety rules, regulations and procedures both at CAE Healthcare and wherever representing CAE Healthcare (i.e., program site, trade show, etc.). _ - _Perform all duties in compliance with legal and ethical standards._ - _ Maintain security of all proprietary information._ - _ Perform other duties as assigned or as necessity dictates._ **Position Type** Regular CAE thanks all applicants for their interest.
