**Responsibilities**:
**Business& Technical leader**
- **
Scale Customer Engagements: Enable and empower team to influence customer decisions and ensure technical wins** by streamlining processes and managing flow of wins, leveraging deep knowledge of processes, tools, and programs: Proactively identifies and leverages knowledge/orchestration of resources and owns resolution of blockers.
- ** Deep technical understanding of Security and Data Security architectures, solution**s including Microsoft M365 Defender, Defender for Cloud, Sentinel, Microsoft Information Protection, Data Loss Prevention, Insider Risk Management, Defender for Cloud Apps (CASB).
- Maximizes area-level capabilities o**f scaling through partners by coaching team to grow partner network, identifying gaps and promoting Microsoft within the ecosystem.**:

- ** Attracts, develops and retains talent**: Supports mentorship, identifies growth opportunities, builds development plans with direct reports, and conducts development discussions and drives execution of projects; drives a growth mindset and learning-focused culture by empowering team to focus on learning.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Proven experience in Cybersecurity : solutions expertise and market trends and challenges understanding is a +**:

- 8+ years technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or technology delivery, or related experience
- OR equivalent experience.
- 6+ years experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management.
- 3+ years people management experience (including leading virtual teams).
