As a **Corporate Finance Manager**, you will report to the **Co-Head of Corporate Finance & Product Structuring** and you will be part of the** AXA IM Alts**business unit.

**DISCOVER your opportunity**

**Participation Management**
- Manage investments in one or several of our operating platforms (c.a. €3bn of AuM), being the reference contact person between the platform (top management, finance department), AXA IM Alts teams and investors
- Supervise strategy, business plan execution, financing and investment performance

**Corporate Transactions (operating platforms, partnerships and M&A)**
- Manage financial and tax due diligence in collaboration with the transaction team
- Negotiate corporate, partnership, financing and management incentive agreements

**Financing / Hedging**
- Negotiate and implement external financing and hedging

**Investment structuring**
- Design and implement ad-hoc structuring for new investments

**Product structuring**
- Design, negotiate and implement new funds / mandates
- Provide support on existing funds / mandate

**Votre profil**:
**SHARE your unique expertise**

**Education and Qualifications**
- Degree from engineering or business school, or top-tier university, with a specialization in finance or real estate
- Experience ( a minimum of 5 years)
- Previous experience in investment management, investment banking, audit or corporate finance consulting firms (ideally experience in real estate, private equity or M&A)
- Experience in structuring, negotiation and project management

**Knowledge and Skills**
- In-depth skills in corporate and market finance
- Analytical and modeling skills with excellent computer skills (Excel)
- Fluent in English, you will evolve in an international environment

- Ability to interact with management
- Be a project manager and a team player
- Synthesis skills, organisational skills and curiosity
- Ability to work independently in a multicultural environment
