Building strategy & leading QCT Performance from innovation to Mass Production. **Main missions**: **Define/Establish** - Establish the sourcing strategy of Foils (Al+Cu) & Separators commodity **Build** - Scouts and assesses the potential suppliers for Foils (Al+Cu) & Separators commodity - Builds the Technical, Industrial and Purchasing strategy for its commodity with relevant ACC stakeholders - Build its Commodity Cost Reduction Roadmap (Commercial Productivity, Monozukuri, Design to Cost ) **Guarantee** - Ensure the serial life management of its commodity by securing the execution of the contracts and improving the supplier performance: savings, supply, quality - Ensure Purchasing Key Performance Indicator reporting for Foils (Al+Cu) & Separators commodity - Support Purchase Order activity and Gigafactories deliveries **Lead** - Manage the Supplier Business Relationship - Leads & Manages RFI, RFQ, supplier selection and contracting in strong interaction with Projects, Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain **Contribute** - Supports and promotes industrial supplier projects in Europe. - Contribute to ACC Cost competitiveness by achieving Commodity Sourcing budget and cost reduction target - Challenge Supplier on Energy, CO2 and ESG (Scope1/2/3 roadmap achievement & compliancy) **Share** - Share and Promote supplier innovation, bringing technical and/or economical ACC advantage - Share and Promote ACC Brand image including ESG & CO2 **Profile**: **Knowledge**: - Purchasing Key Process (Panel Management, Sourcing, Contract) - Negotiation skills - Logistics Notions - Finance Notions - Legal Notions **Experience**: - >5 years as Commodity Buyer - Domain: - Direct Procurement Purchasing or Industrial Buyer - Automotive or Battery Business or Material/Chemistry industries. **Qualifications**: - Diplomas : Master Degree in Engineering and/or Business Field (Purchasing specialization) - Languages : English mandatory / French, German, Italian, Chinese as a plus **Key behaviours**: - Leadership & Curiosity - Strong Communication Skills (internally & externally). - Strong sense of Negotiation & Performance oriented - Deal Maker - Ability to establish robust business relationship with suppliers **Some extra skills which make the difference**: - EV Battery Supplier Base, EV Battery key cost driver Knowledge for material & components purchased would be a plus **Why join us?** **Our Advantages and Perks**: new premises, parking spaces reserved for carpoolers, possibility of recharging your electric car on reserved spaces in our parking lot.
