In July 2022, we launched our **Pocket Champs** game worldwide which quickly became one of the top-grossing games in its category. In our fast-paced, tech-driven environment, we continuously innovate by developing and updating our proprietary modules, along with integrating third-party ones, to enhance game functionalities, ensure precise analytics, and comply with evolving regulations.

As a **Senior Game Developer**, you'll play a key role in driving the creation of innovative features and systems. Collaborating closely with a talented team of developers, artists, and designers, you'll bring our creative visions to life while ensuring technical excellence. We truly believe Pocket Champs is a unique game that is at the beginning of its journey. A lot of tech challenges are coming as we have high ambitions for its future. **Y**our future responsibilities and scope**:

- Implement new systems that are easily maintainable to sustain the scale of the game and make it grow.
- Be a team player, mentor your peers to help them grow, feedback them, write understandable code.
- Clean and refactor code when needed. Pin point systems that would need to be reworked and suggest new design for them.
- Support our well-balanced and efficient team with additional talent to achieve ambitious goals.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Work closely with designers, artists, and other developers to create cohesive and engaging game experiences.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to integrate new features and improve existing ones

**The profile we are looking for**:

- 5+ years of experience in game development, but what matters most is the driving force and potential to move the game forward
- Be a true game maker, have a sense of game feel, and be passionate about making games
- Solid understanding of mobile gaming, game mechanics, gameplay, UI, and UX.
- Proficiency in Unity
- Have experience in game programming patterns (MVC, State Machine, Command,)
- Ability to write robust, clean, and maintainable code.
- Flexible, autonomous, proactive, and accountable for their tasks
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a collaborative approach.
- Advanced level of English

**Nice to have**:

- Having an experience or interest in creating generic modules is a plus
- Previous experience working on a mobile game that scaled is a plus
