Alternance Security Officer

**First steps in Security Risk Management throughout our main security services**
- Understand and become autonomous in main GSC security services delivery such as, for example:

- Data Classification
- AISRA: Application Information Security Risk Assessment
- 3rd party security due diligence
- 3rd party security audit
- Diverse security audits preparation
- Business Impacts Analysis
- Entity Physical Security and Safety maturity assessment
- Optional: Interim LSO (Local Security Officer)

**_ In other words, develop following areas of expertise: _**
- Assess the impact on the business environment and align appropriate mitigation actions or the prioritization of projects and investments within the entity
- Serve as a security advisor to the AP local entities in the implementation and maintenance of security, safety and operational resilience processes and controls
- Identify and analyze risks, recommend appropriate mitigation options
- Promote a culture of security and raise awareness
- Oversee the execution of IS projects in collaboration with central Governance, Risk and Compliance Team
- Contribute to crisis simulation exercises roadmap covering AXA Partners entities worldwide (#Ransomware, #Earthquake, #Power outage, #realsimulation, #excom)
- Support security controls automation by deploying new online security modules (#codingskills #remediation center #asset inventory)
- Support the delivery of audit activities on the scope of AXA Partners (#pentest #SAST #DAST)
- Enhance existing IS Incident Management Process and IS supervision capabilities (#Data Loss Prevention #Antivirus #SIEM #SOC #false positive)Actively participate to the roll out of upcoming AXA Partners Security Strategy

**Your Profile** Technical/Functional knowledge, skills, and abilities**
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to plan and execute on project plans
- Ability to deliver work and efficiently operate in a dynamic global organization
- Information security, Risk Management educational or university modules
- Demonstrate ability to handle multiple tasks with shifting deadlines and priorities under limited supervision
- Demonstrate ability to interact effectively, internally with all levels across the company including executive management
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Fluent in English. Another language is a plus
- Dynamic, proactive, organized personality, rigorous
- Ability to use a wide set of tools: Microsoft Suite, Power BII

**Education, Professional Qualifications, and experience**
- Master’s degree in Engineering or Business School
- Background in IT / Information Systems / Network / Applications
- Background in IT risk analysis, auditing and/or information security practices
