Cdi - Costing Analyst W/m - Salomon Apparel &

**We are looking for a **Costing Analyst W/M** to**:

- Track, strengthen and achieve optimal product value to maximize profitability in regards of product price target brief

**You will work in close collaboration with our Development, Sourcing, Finance, PLM and Design** teams.**

**You will report directly to the Operations Director.**

**Main Activities**:

- Collaborate with Product Line Managers, Design and Development teams to ensure margin maximization at the model level
- Maintain margin follow up tool and reporting
- Implement and support functional costing direction within the organization
- Build and develop reporting tools to improve costing performance tracking
- Support Marketing and development team with a proactive approach to costing, in parallel with the product creation process
- Standardize costing processes and procedures
- Coordinate and conduct category costing reviews at critical milestones in the product creation process; ensure alignment between Marketing, Design, Project Management and Sourcing relative to cost target achievement
- Coordinate seasonal costing recaps as required, to communicate status and ensure focus on critical pricing issues
- Demonstrate a technical and comprehensive understanding of product cost drivers for effective input into the product creation process

- _ Suivre, renforce et réaliser la valeur optimale du produit afin de maximiser la rentabilité par rapport à l'objectif de prix du produit._

**_ Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Developement, Sourcing, Finance, PLM et Design._**

Activités principales :_**
- _ Collaborer avec les équipes de PLM, de conception et de développement pour assurer la maximisation de la marge au niveau du modèle._
- _ Maintenir l'outil de suivi des marges et les rapports_
- _ Mettre en œuvre et soutenir l'orientation fonctionnelle du calcul des coûts au sein de l'organisation._
- _ Construire et développer des outils de reporting pour améliorer le suivi des performances de calcul des coûts._
- _ Soutenir l'équipe de marketing et de développement par une approche proactive du calcul des coûts, parallèlement au processus de création du produit._
- _ Standardiser les processus et les procédures de calcul des coûts_
- _ Coordonner et mener des examens de l'évaluation des coûts par catégorie à des étapes critiques du processus de création de produits ; assurer l'alignement entre le marketing, la conception, la gestion de projet et l'approvisionnement en ce qui concerne la réalisation des objectifs de coût._
- _ Coordonner les récapitulatifs des coûts saisonniers, le cas échéant, afin de communiquer le statut et de s'assurer que l'accent est mis sur les questions de prix critiques._
- _ Démontrer une compréhension technique et complète des facteurs de coût des produits afin de contribuer efficacement au processus de création des produits._

**Qualifications**
- **Needed Work Experience**: A first experience in Apparel engineering (Optional)
- ** Education**: Master degree in engineering
- ** Foreign Language(s)**: English fluency
- ** IT Skills**: Qlick, Tableau, Power BI, VBA and advanced Excel skills,
- ** Specific Skills**:

- Knowledge of apparel engineering and product development/costing or production is a plus
- Exposure to the latest trends in apparel materials, components, processes, and concepts
- Highly analytical with strong financial/accounting sense
