**_The Team:_**
- An international team (with more than 30 nationalities) with complementary education and experience in the investment, medical, scientific, strategic and operational sectors
- Composed of alumni from: INSEAD, Berkeley, Georgetown, Bocconi, HEC Paris, Ponts et Chaussées, ESSEC, Imperial College, Dartmouth, etc.
- Professional backgrounds: Private Equity (3i, Siparex, USS Ltd, Barings, capiton), Consulting (A.T. Kearney, Bain, McKinsey), M&A (Lazard, EY, KPMG, PwC), Industry (Biotronik, Cerba, Pharmacy, Veterinary)
Joining ARCHIMED Consulting team, your main goal will be to accompany the company’s fast scale-up by leading digital tools design, implementation & related change management.
As a Digital Projects Lead at ARCHIMED, you will
- Drive product discovery: Audit existing investment processes, gather insights from investment team, issue recommendations, design use cases, and prioritize initiatives
- Lead in-house digital projects: Co-build products vision, design user stories, features & evolutions, prioritize features that will move the needle for our users, supervise build & run by our Data & IT teams, manage external providers & freelancers
- Foster internal adoption: Engage with stakeholders to onboard them on KPIs, dashboards & processes
- Drive portfolio value creation: scope & disseminate business-critical tools to our portfolio companies
- Build knowledge: Keep our fast-growing team up to speed by designing digital training journeys and delivering in-person trainings

**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of experience as digital project or product manager in a scale-up or IT consulting firm with exposure to change management
- Master’s degree in Management, Business or related field
- Problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude and strong focus on results
- Well-versed in the use project management & UX design tools (e.g. Jira, Miro )
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills, experience in stakeholder management
- Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment and to manage conflicting demands
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Fluent English
