**About the Position**: We are seeking a consumer products & tech savvy Influencer Marketing Manager to shape and scale our creator partnerships. In this role, you’ll design and implement an innovative influencer strategy, cultivate impactful relationships with creators, and harness their reach to drive awareness and adoption of our AI agents. From identifying thought leaders across diverse niches to collaborating on compelling, high-converting content, you’ll be at the forefront of how people discover and engage with AI Agents.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute an influencer strategy to drive growth and establish long-lasting partnerships with creators in AI, tech, and productivity
- Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, from identifying ideal creators to launching creative collaborations and measuring outcomes
- Build and nurture a dynamic creator community through events, collaborative projects, and ongoing engagement initiatives
- Streamline processes for creator onboarding, contracting, and campaign management to ensure seamless and efficient collaboration
- Design innovative content strategies that leverage creator strengths and align with our brand’s mission and voice
- Optimize influencer campaigns across platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X, delivering impactful and measurable results
- Continuously experiment with new formats and messaging to improve campaign performance and audience resonance
- Define and follow key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish a comprehensive framework to evaluate the success of influencer initiatives
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring all partnerships reflect our products, our brand values and comply with legal requirements

**Requirements**:

- Bring 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing within SaaS or AI industries, with a strong history of building and scaling successful creator programs
- Have a proven ability to establish influencer marketing frameworks and workflows from the ground up
- Skilled in developing and executing both macro
- and micro-influencer strategies across global markets
- Excel at cultivating strong, long-term relationships with creators, including managing high-profile partnerships
- Possess advanced analytical capabilities with expertise in tracking creator performance and measuring ROI
- Adept at balancing authentic storytelling with data-driven performance goals to deliver impactful campaigns

**Location**:

- H's teams are distributed throughout France, the UK, and the US
- The final decision for this will lie with the hiring manager for each individual role
