**Your Missions**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and develop the showroom image and reputation, while actively protecting and improving it.
- Attending company’s sales meeting in Milan before each market to maintain engagement and excellent performances.
- Assist in managing the client portfolio for assigned areas, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring alignment with brand image and policies.
- Support the preparation and execution of seasonal sales campaigns (showroom appointments, sample management, client invitations, scheduling, etc.).
- Follow up on orders with clients, ensuring timely entry, confirmation, and coordination with internal departments.
- Prepare commercial documents, order summaries, and reporting tools for internal and external stakeholders.
- Plan, monitor and manage resources and equipment according to budget.
- Oversee showroom logistics and setup during sales campaigns while acting proactively.
- Ensure the showroom is organized, presentable, and always aligned with brand image.
- Ensure sales team is updated about product information and line sheets are correct.
- Being a point of contact for wholesale accounts during and outside of market periods.
- Provide product knowledge and commercial support to clients when needed.
- Actively communicating with other Company’s departments when needed (Marketing, Retail, Customer Service, Logistic, HR etc.)
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Fashion Management, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in sales and clients’ interactions preferably within a fashion or luxury environment.
- Strong organizational, multitasking abilities and excellent communication skills.
- Keen eye for detail, ability to work independently and have the professional approach benefitting a premium brand.
- Proficient in digital tools, especially Microsoft Teams and Excel; familiarity with ERP and CRM systems is a plus.
- Fluent in English and French (knowledge of a third language is a plus).
- A strong team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
