You join the Natixis Investment Managers financial management team as Global Holding Controller. The financial management of Natixis IM is in charge of group management reporting, financial monitoring of affiliates and financial monitoring of Federation entities (distribution platforms and Global Holding).

On a daily basis, you are responsible for:

- Checking the accuracy of cost accounting in partnership with the accounting teams and departments;
- Develop management data on the actual reporting phases and on the forecast and budgetary phases of the Global Holding departments (analytical entries, data loading from Excel to BFC, etc.) ;
- Produce monthly, quarterly and annual management analysis deliverables of the Global Holding (Global Holding flash report, Presentation of the Global Holding Budget) and monitor budget execution;
- Lead the process of reconciling chargebacks between the Global Holding and the other group entities, during the closing and Forecast/Budget;
- Create a relationship of trust with the departments and functional correspondents of the Global Holding.

As a Global Holding Controller, you participate in the implementation of the Data Platform project (digitalisation and transformation of Finance Department tools).

**Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience**:
About you: If you recognize yourself in the following description you are made to work with us
With a higher education in accounting or finance, you have at least 5 years of experience in a financial reporting position related to expenses and/or monitoring Corporate Center or Holding functions.

You are familiar with:

- Financial mathematics and analysis, and modelling;
- Accounting;
- Consolidation and accounting software (BFC and S/HANA4), Power BI and MS Office;
- Management (mentoring an intern/VIE).

You have an excellent relationship, a very good listening ability, you are:

- Very accurate and provide high quality deliverables, on time, in strict confidentiality and with a high level of professional ethics;
- Independent and recognized for excellent oral and written communication skills.

You master English with a C1-C2 level.
