We are looking for a **Lead Planner **for one of our clients with the following details:
**Location (France) : Ile De France Or Pau**

**Contract Duration: 12 Months**

**Renewable: Yes**

Qualification and Experience Required:

- Advanced expertise in in Oil & Gas Industry with large scale projects & complex environment,
- Expertise in Project Planning and Scheduling for EPC projects, especially offshore Projects,
- Expertise in Primavera
- English is the main language of the service

Planning:

- Issuance of procedures and methods to manage the planning of the Package in accordance with the users' needs, the specifications, and the tools.
- Validation, review and follow-up the execution planning for the Package (deterministic and risked) and progress control activities
- Analysis of the planning, identify critical paths, bottlenecks or constraints ; proposes mitigations and/or recovery plans
- Provision of planning and scheduling input for Project planning consolidation, for cost forecasting, for reporting purposes as well as for periodic presentations to stake holders
- Assistance with regards to planning and planning tools.
- On demand studies (e.g. planning optimization, reshuffling of tasks, etc.)

Reporting:

- Responsible to deliver internal and external reporting of the Project to ensure appropriate content, timing, and quality of information, highlighting achieved progress and areas of concern; and to liaise, as required, with other project parties.
- Prepare, implement, and report Key Performance Indicators to help successfully driving the project.

Coordination and reporting:

- Monitoring of Planning resources on the Project
- Issuance of procedures and methods to manage the progress & reporting of the Package in accordance with the users' needs, the specifications, and the tools.
- Ensure Planning progress reporting and risk reporting Deliverables
- SURF Package Planning referential
- SURF Package Planning monitoring plan
- SURF Package Planning periodical reporting
- SURF Package Progress
