Local marketing outreaching and developing; Finding local partners and closing the deal with the customers.

Salary Range:
$3000~$5000 USD/month; 1%~4% sales commission
Key Responsibilities & Accountability:
- Be knowledgeable about the product
- Independently outreaching and developing local marketing, target the potential customers
- initial the marketing promotion plan online and offline.
- Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
- Support agencies to achieve their success in marketing the products by providing training, information support as well as closing deals together with them
- Negotiate prices and terms to close deals.
- Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships and build customer loyalty
- Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors like marketing, planning, etc.
- Make timely, clear and informative work report (including not limited to tables, presentation etc.) to the management
- Other reasonable tasks arranged by the management
Goals:
To sales company product (condo) up to target set
Knowledge, Skill & Abilities:
- Fluent in local language and Business English
- At least 5 years experience in real estate sales and marketing
- National real estate certifications and designations is a plus.
**Job skills**:
- Confidence and self-absurdness to succeed in marketing developing and making a sale
- strong communication skills, especially in persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of a product to potential customers.
- Physical and mental endurance, as Sales Representatives may need to be serving a customer for long hours, bearing heavy pressure but having to show decent manner.
- Have a strong knowledge base in real estate and international investment.
- Achievement-driven mindset.
Education & Experience:
- 1.
Bachelor degree is must.
- The real estate related major is a plus.
