**WHAT YOU**’**LL DO (AND WHY IT MATTERS)**

As a Sales Executive, you will support the scale-up of our market presence by driving sales in the European market. You will deliver on below missions:

- Identify sales opportunities through direct prospecting, lead follow-up, networking and partner relationships
- Negotiate contracts with prospects/clients and ensure contract renewal
- Manage relationships with your accounts and nurture client relationships with regular check-ins
- Monitor KPIs such as retention rate and satisfaction survey
- Identify and provide feedbacks from field experience to internal teams
- Keep our CRM (Hubspot) up to date

**WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**

We’re looking for exceptional talent with a strong background in software sales at B2B Enterprise level. You would typically have:

- At least 5+ years sales experience working within a SaaS company in critical product scale-up phase with long cycle sales
- Excellent written and verbal english language skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to negotiate contracts in a SaaS environment
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Entrepreneurial spirit

**WHERE YOU WILL BE BASED**

Role based in Europe (Nordics, Benelux, or UK & Ireland would be preferred)

**YOUR TEAM**

Within the Sales team, you will report to the Head of Sales, and will work alongside our Marketing and Customer Success teams.

**RECRUITMENT PROCESS**

- Interview with a Sales Exec peer
- Interview with our Head of Sales and our COO
- 25min final culture-fit interview with our CEO, Charlotte
