Fullstack Lead Developer

We are looking for an experienced Fullstack Lead Developer (ReactJS/NodeJS/Python) to actively participate in building our AI-driven drug benefit-risk analysis products

With your 5+ years of Front-End development, you will be part in our ambitious plan to 20x growth and lead ArcaScience in conquering the pharmaceutical AI market. You will be a central part of the technical team, involved in the creation of new products that will accelerate the arrival of personalised medicine in healthcare.

**The Role**

As a Fullstack Lead Developer at ArcaScience, you will lead four key areas of responsibility:

- Design and develop web apps, API and analysis pipeline based on complex scientific data treatment.
- Work on our new SaaS B2B platform of high scientific AI Data analysis, paying attention to security, high availability, ergonomy.
- Participate in the product approach: functional scoping, requirements gathering, user testing, hypothesis validation, and iterations.
- Collaborate with the data science, product, design, and technical teams to ensure the overall consistency of interfaces.

**The Profile We're Seeking**

Fullstack Developer Expertise
- Proven experience in front-end development (ReactJS, TailwinCSS,..).
- Proficiency in visualization libraries (Plotly, D3.js, Observable, or equivalent).
- High experience in Backend development: NodeJS, Python (FastAPI, Airflow).
- Solid track record on high availability, high performance platform including complex data treatment..
- Experience in product development, with an interest in collaborating with end users.
- Autonomy, rigor, curiosity, and a sense of initiative.

Technical Leadership & Collaboration
- 5+ years of experience leading Fullstack projects.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver technical solutions aligned with strategic business goals.
- Strong communicator with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent English speaker with excellent interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration (CTO, product, regulatory, customers).
- Committed to leading with empathy, structure, and clarity in a multicultural environment.
