**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deploy enterprise-grade blockchain-integrated services including transaction indexers and automated contract deployment systems that are critical to Tranched's success.
- Develop monitoring and reporting systems aligned with institutional client needs, particularly transaction indexing services.
- Establish and enforce comprehensive code quality standards and documentation protocols in accordance with enterprise software development practices.
- Embed best security practices at all layers of the stack to ensure institutional-grade reliability and protection.
- Participate in the end-to-end product architecture process where critical technical decisions are made collaboratively as a team.
- Support team members and contribute across various areas including back-end and smart-contract development as needed.
- 3+ years of experience working with JavaScript/TypeScript in production environments.
- Strong experience with web3 client technologies (viem), Ethereum tooling (Foundry, Hardhat), and transaction indexing solutions.
- Security-first mindset with deep understanding of blockchain security considerations and best practices.
- Proficiency with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines for robust deployment processes.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities with meticulous attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Location: London, Paris, Amsterdam

**Nice to have**:

- Experience with enterprise-grade blockchain infrastructure and institutional client requirements.
- Familiarity with smart contract auditing and security assessment practices.
- Background in traditional finance or understanding of asset tokenisation concepts.
