**Main Responsibilities**

As our Inbound Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our digital lead generation engine. Your mission:

- **Lead Generation**: Launch and manage paid and organic campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.) to generate high-quality leads.
- **HubSpot Mastery**: Implement and optimize marketing workflows, lead nurturing campaigns, and reporting dashboards in HubSpot.
- **Event Support**: Assist the Marketing Manager with logistics and coordination for conferences and sales events.
- **Website & SEO**: Support website updates in WordPress and evolve into the SEO lead for Excelya’s digital presence.

**Experience & Skills**:

- You’re **analytical by nature**—you enjoy digging into campaign data, spotting what’s working (and what’s not), and making smart adjustments.
- You’ve got a **business mindset** and understand how marketing supports sales. You know what it means to enable a sales team and drive results.
- You’re comfortable in **WordPress**, and you know your way around **Google Ads**, **Google Analytics**, and **LinkedIn Campaign Manager**.
- You’ve used tools like **Canva**, **Adobe Suite**, or **Illustrator**, and you’ve got a good eye for design and creativity.
- You think outside the box and love coming up with **fresh, innovative campaign ideas**.
- You understand **SEO** and how to make content work harder online.
- And if you also happen to have experience with **HubSpot**, **AI content creation**, or the **Pharma/Life Sciences industry**, that’s a big plus

**Education**: a marketing related degree

**Languages**:fluent in English and French, both spoken and written
