**Role overview**:
In the context of our rapid growth in France, we are looking for a Maritime Operations Coordinator for our office based in Villeneuve D’Ascq, starting in January 2025. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Order Management operations for our key accounts, driving and overseeing end-to-end shipment coordination among various stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Manage and coordinate end-to-end shipments for key Order Management accounts, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Internal Operating Procedures (IOPs) in daily operations.
- Identify opportunities for process and productivity improvements and propose innovative solutions with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Monitor data quality reports to improve visibility for customers, enabling better tracking and insights.
- Achieve KPIs and implement action plans to improve performance.
- Analyze Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) errors, work with IT to implement corrective actions, and ensure data accuracy.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Proven experience in the logistics or supply chain industry.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Macros).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused with a high level of customer centricity.
- Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude.
- A strong team player who thrives in collaborative environments.
- Fluency in both written and spoken French and English.
