**Position**:
- LVMH Beauty Tech is the IT / IS team dedicated to LVMH’s Beauty Division. We are 1000+ experts in 27 countries to build, support and operate solutions that provide innovation and business value to each LVMH Beauty Maisons such as Parfums Christian Dior, Guerlain, Loewe, Benefit, etc._
- We provide new technical and innovative solutions, adapted to the challenges of our 16 Maisons, taking into consideration their specificities, while following a shared and mutualized model._
- In order to support the fast-paced growth of the Beauty Division, we commenced a significant transformation that will contribute to accelerate our development, improve our time to market, leverage our scale and enhance our IT Tech components with the aim of innovation._
We are looking for a Data Governance Lead, responsible for governance, compliance, and alignment of Data Management (starting with a focus on Enterprise Data).
**Your main missions will be**:
- Translate strategic objectives into concreate reality, taking into account the cross functional needs of the Division
- Be the referent on your data domain, share your expertise and implement good practices
- Master Data issues and inconsistencies in close collaboration with the other Data owners across the Division
- Manage data quality and control activities
- Be responsible for the continuous improvement of data quality at regional and market level
- Establish a strong Data Culture at all levels (Central, Regional, Market), working actively ith the Division project leads

**Profile**:
- You have 10+ years of experience in Data Governance, and an expertise in one of the following fields : product, costumer, finance, HR
- You know how to navigate in a complex environment, ideally in the Beauty sector
- You are team oriented, have excellent interpersonal skills, and know how to interact efficiently with different stakeholders in an international environment
- You have excellent communication skills, in English and in French
