Senior Staff DevOps Engineer

As a **_Senior Staff _**_DevOps Engineer_** at Arteris your role will be to setup, deploy, maintain, and continuously improve engineering solutions and services used by the engineering teams in production.

**Technical Skills**:

- ** Automation and CI/CD**
- Mastery of automation tools (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g. Python, Bash, TCL)
- Expertise in continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices
- ** Containerization and Orchestration**
- Proficiency with containerization solutions (Docker, Podman)
- Knowledge about containers orchestrators
- Kubernetes, OpenShift or Docker Swarm
- ** Infrastructure as Code (IaC)**
- Experience with IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible)
- Ability to manage and provision infrastructure through code
- ** Grid & High-Performance Computing**
- Familiar with grid computing systems and distributed systems
- Knowledge of techniques for managing and scheduling resources in a grid environment
- ** Cloud Services**
- Good understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Managing and securing cloud infrastructure
- ** Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning**
- Exposure to AI/ML model building, model hosting, RAG, and LLMs is a plus
- ** Hands-on experience**
- 5+ years of experience in a DevOps role
- Strong knowledge of Linux OS (RHEL, SLES)
- Experience on Git versioning system

**Operational Skills**:
**Monitoring and Logging**- Implementing and managing monitoring tools (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack)- Analyzing logs to detect and resolve issues**Performance Optimization**- Identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks- Ensuring high availability and scalability of systems**Security Practices**- Implementing security best practices and compliance- Conducting vulnerability assessments and penetration testing

**Collaborative Skills**:
