Job Family Descriptor Responsible for the design development of solution architecture with respect to technical solution design service design for complex solutions in the respective ares of NetworkSDWANCloud securityUnified CollaborationMobility IoT with the objective of increasing revenue profitability and market competitive
Scan the technology requirements of market participates in product development activities speaks in customer marketing forums to increase brand awareness and propagates TCL portfolio and gain mindshare and market share
Ensure compatibility interoperability stability and usability of solution architecture
Build capability and Practice within TCL from Designing the solution interaction customer support post onboarding
Design and deliver complex solutions as per customer requirements Work with various stakeholders including sales team products team engineering team to jointly assess customer requirements
Support the Product team through the product development lifecycle and provide inputs on product features from a business requirementscustomer perspective In addition to above work with client internal stakeholders to provide integrated solution architecture across multiple products to meet the client requirements Provide an expertise to internal teams andor external vendors and partners to design a complex solutions and ensure effetive delivery of the same
